Is the site visit really free?
Yes. No call-out fee within our service area. We visit, measure, advise, and give you a written quote. If you don’t proceed, you owe us nothing.
How quickly can you install?
Most installations complete within the same week as the site visit. Custom fabrication takes 3–4 working days. We confirm the installation date when we issue the written quote.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. SANS 10400 for burglar bars and SANS 10222 for electric fencing, issued before our team leaves your property on installation day.
Do you work in sectional title?
Yes. For sectional title and HOA estates, we factor the approval process into the quoting timeline and advise on the body corporate submission at the site visit.
What if I need multiple services?
We quote for all services in one visit and install as a single coordinated job. Clients combining burglar bars, electric fencing, and a gate typically save on installation costs.
